Hi
I’d like to know who can actually see the logs on the forums on this website. Including the chat logs and everything else we post on this site. Including blogs etc. I am 100% entitled to know this information. Please please post exact sources as this is my right according to the US constitution. (considering I’m a US resident and this is hosted on US servers).

Your blogs are there for everyone to read unless they are private in which case only your buddies (the people you have allowed access to) and admins can access them. No one else, not even mods can access them.
as far as chat logs goes i dont think they are accessible by anyone.
Does that answer your question under the US constituion.

Actually i am. They don't need the Patriot Act to monitor our blogs.
