NEED.....to get a flat stomach

Hey, guys…ummm i was just wondering what you need to do to get a flat stomach?

i mean my stomach isn’t big at all…but i want to get it really flat…mayb even like a six pack…well not a six pack coz thats for guys but a really toned stomach…

r crunchis and sit-ups good n how many times should you do them…

Stomach crunches, different variations of them (knees up, legs up, boxer crunches, add some weights if you want). I was doing 50-100 a day but I have been soooo lazy since Ramadan, so I haven't done them in a while.

Crunches do not take long and it will help develop your abs. However, for the fat that covers the abs, you need to do cardio to get rid of that. Crunches alone won't get you very far. Combine it with a regular cardio workout and you should see results.

u don't need any exercises.. just don't sit around a lot.. at work or school if you can.. try to stand all the time.. give it a month and you'd lose like a couple of inches around the waist.. guaranteed..

That is the best way to get rid of love handles and flatter (non 6pack) abs.

i dont know....never tried to lose weight (cuz i hardly have enough on myself ) but i always had a question....i heard its hard or almost impossibloe to lose weight on ur behind...is it true?? if not then how ppl lose it from there?

Iron it out. The heat will first melt all the excess fat and you will feel flat to the bone.

That’s not true. You just need to do a lot of butt exercises, variations of butt lifts, lunges, leg lifts, leg kicks … you may not necessarily lose it, but you sure will tone it and make it firm.

The very best exercise you can do for the tummy I've posted here before, its a killer but so worth the effort!

Lay flat on your back and raise your legs up to 90 degree angle. Slowly lower them to the floor - paying very careful attention that your back stays completely flat to the floor. Once your back starts to arch, raise your legs again and start over. Do this 10 times, take a rest then do another 10. Make it a goal to get your legs lower and lower WITHOUT letting your back arch, keep it very flat to the floor.

Crunches absolutely! Start with sets of 15-20 4-5 times a day to keep it realistic and not to get disheartened by the burn. Also in food, keep the processed carb minimum like maida (bleached flour) too much white rice etc. Even if you are not a fan add more dairy like skim milk and yougurt... that really helps in trimming the fat around the waist line and stay happy. They say that weight around the belly area is triggered by a stress related hormone.

I did that a few months ago, but with a partner. While you lay flat, have ur partner stand behind u, near ur head. Raise ur arms behind ur head, and grab onto their feet tightly..then raise ur legs until they are perpendicular to the floor...it'll take some practice but u'll get used to it. This'll work ur ab muscles in the midline, and then u can do the same thing for the oblique muscle but this time while u lay flat on the floor, keep ur legs at an angle, instead of straight. And do the same. Start out with 10 a set, and then keep increasing as u gain strength.

Yes this is true. Burning off fat will reveal the muscle underneath. Doing crunches will add definition.
