I have a Sony right now…VAIO. I’ve always had Sony’s I guess because I am desi and desi people lovvve Sony.
But this thing is at the end of its life span now I believe and needs a replacement soon…probably within a couple of months.
My needs are pretty basic…web browsing, some photo editing, etc.
What’s a good option?
I went to Best Buy and thought “oh I’ll get an iPad because you know its the thing to have now” but the iPad cannot replace a laptop so its no longer an option. And I just want one thing to port around with me and keep track of. I was thinking a big screen but that means bigger laptop doesn’t it? A bigger laptop is a heavier one and I don’t want heavier since I have to carry it around with me everywherrrrre. Which also means it should be able to sustain abuse…like hours of Caillou or a little pair of chubby hands banging on it
I don’t care what color it is…doesn’t have to be pink or purple.
Should I just get another VAIO or are there better options out there? My laptops last about 3 - 4 years…is that good or bad?
My budget is around 800…total. I really don’t want to go beyond this.
I prefer dells. I have always had a good, shall we say, "working relatioship" with Dell computers. before this one I had a sony and I hated it. now i have bought a Dell Core i 7 and its good. I would have gone for an Apple but Apples are too expensive.
