guys i need your suggestion
i applied at axact and cleared my test and interview. then they offered me a job and setup a meeting. we were 6 candidates there. then they gave us 1 document on which salary amd benefits were mentioned and 2 other affidavits. we signed there and everything got done. they asked us to come from monday for 1 month training. i was given morning shift. then on sunday they messaged me van timings and they were evening timings.i called axact and they said your name is written in an evening shift list.i got confused.then on monday i didnt go axact on morning.hr person called me and asked me that y i didnt come to attend training and my name is in morning shift.i told her that misunderstanding.then she asked me will u be joining from next monday? i said i can join from next day then she said ok wait i will call u and let you know that whether u will be joining from tomorow or next monday.she didnt call.i called her after 2 days but receptionist said that hr person is saying that she will call u herself in the end of the week dont worry.but see today is monday and she didt call me.i dont understand what is happening.they cant do this after completing all job offer steps.what do u guys say about this?

I'm not sure what the best course would be. They are acting unprofessionally, either on purpose to drive you away, or perhaps they are just not very organized. If I were you I would call again to get a clear answer. Do you think they could be taking your not being proactive in calling them as a sign that you are not interested? (although I don't think it's your fault). What does your job contract say? I don't think I would like to work for an employer who treats me this way, unless I was really desperate.

Go and visit them and clear this up ... Some things can't be done by email or phone calls.

i got the joining call from them :)
