@sumorani,PSquard,diamond123… thanx a lot for ur suggestions…I completely agree with u guys… especially right now when I m back after 36 hours of duty in emergency unit…
… till now I didnt give a serious thought to this as I was thinking that I’ll see when the time will come…may be because of the hope that I thought there might be some way this situation can be taken care of… Just after reading ur posts I realised that .. I should come out of the dream world now n b realistic 
… I m sure hubby will understand too…
