scars and spots

i wanted to find out is there any 1 who can tell me a best way to keep the skin spot free, also scars often develop after a spot goes away i have few scars on the upper arms of the left and right becoz i used to have spots thier during the proccess of growth but now i don’t know how to make those scars to go away plz help me.
