Best is word of mouth. Talk to all you run into daily about your service. Also, ask your clients to refer to their friends and family
You must advertise in South Asian mags, newspapers. Even a business card ad with special rates is enough. You have to continuously do for at least one year.
Network. Visit all local clothing stores, Jewlery, DJ's, wedding supply, caterer, etc and ask them if they can refer you to their customer. Offer them first two free service so they can start refering to their clients.
