Visit NADRA Baji and they will tell you. Duplicate should not be an issue and cost is also not very high.

If you guys are not in Pakistan, parents or adult siblings should be able to get the copy.

Yeah we’re not in pakistan, but someone just told us a B-form duplicate cannot be given… O.o Also, the NADRA people never pick up their phone!!! Argh!!!
