Silaaj, my cousin has to submit a few certificates and forms for a visa in a schengen country. One of the requirments are B-form (of father). Ab the B-form is lost, what to do?

Visit NADRA Baji and they will tell you. Duplicate should not be an issue and cost is also not very high.

If you guys are not in Pakistan, parents or adult siblings should be able to get the copy.
