i need some help in downloading some audio drivers. actually i cant hear any sound on my computer so i think there is something wrong wid the audio drivers or its out of date. i dunno i need u all to help me out. i’d really appreciate it.
i downloaded driverboost to fix the problem but its asking for money in order to fix it. is there any way to fix the problem without paying money?

couple months back when i tried to install windows on my computer. ever since its not working

most probably your drivers for audio has been accidently deleted when u installed windows. you need to reinstall the audio drivers.
you can check if the audio drivers are there or not…control panel > administrative tools > comp managment > device manager (in the left hand list of items) and under “sound, video, game controllers” you will see the audio codecs name eg soundMax.
i went on hp’s website to see if they have the drivers for the hp pc you have…but no they dont have any audio drivers…however they do have audio drivers for similar hp pavilion 700 range. so just download this driver and you should have ur audio back
