Need some consoling...

Salaam

At this difficult time for the Muslims, I wonder if anyone can post some relevent ayats from the Quran.

jazak allah khair

Instead, I think time for Muslims to wake up has been looooong due. Just look at the level of Muslims imaans these days. Our "leaders" do really reflect our state. The kind of selfishness, "devotion", etc.

We all really need to think about what we do, how we can come back to Islam and follow it truely. I am sure once majority starts to follow Islam as prescribed, things will change.

Pray for Imam Mahdi?

May God hasten his appearance. Ilahi ameen.

There is verse in Quran ( I will find out the Ayah and Surah) which says more and less about a big disaster or azaab or probably about Qiyammah.

When the Seas will be aflamed and the land will be burned....something like that.

The burning sea might be the aircraft carrier standing in the gulf waters if they were ever attacked....or if the oil been spilled into the ocean and ignited. That would be it. Same is with land if the oil wells are set on fire. I am just guessing

I will dig in more inshallah.

Just rely on Allah Alone.. reject everything else and you will be at peace.

[8:9] When you sought aid from your Lord, so He answered you: I will assist you with a thousand of the angels following one another.

[8:10] And Allah only gave it as a good news and that your hearts might be at ease thereby; and victory is only from Allah; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise.

PakistaniAbroad: Let's quit dreaming for miracles and realize that Allah asks us to believe in Him Alone..... there were NO angels in Badr; only good news that strengthened the resolve of the Mujahideen who overcame a larger and better equipped army.

There will be no ababeels to save anyone in Iraq.. quit crying and wake up to reality.. Allah helps those who believe only in Him Alone.. He doesn't help people who divide themselves in cults and obey other gods and follow other books besides Qur'an.

Changez, according to the triditions he is the only way out.

Anyway, going back to the original question, the verses that always comfort my heart are the verses of Surah 'Asr:

103: 1. In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.

103: 2. By the Time,

103: 3. Surely, man is ever in a state of loss,

103: 4. Except those who believe and do righteous deeds, and exhort one another to preach Truth, and exhort one another to be steadfast.

Thank you, PakistaniAbroad, ahmadjee.

What Al-Qur'an says about AL-HARAB/ WAR

At this difficult time for the Muslims, I wonder if anyone can post some relevent ayats from the Quran.

Dear sis aishaA........Peace be upon u

There are many ayas/verses according to the current situation of the war in Al-Kitab (The-book) Al-Quran. Plz, verify the Arabic text of ayas from Al-Quran with you. Cuz the essence/ Rooh / Understanding of Al-Quran is only from Allah through his prophet PBUH revaels in Arabic language.

[9.34] O'you who believe surely majority from Ahbar / the scholars and Rohban / the terrorists definitely eat the wealth of the people with falsehood and they oppose about the way of Allah and they are those who hoard up gold and silver (i.e., a supply of food, money etc that is carefully guarded for future use) and they do not spend it in the way of Allah, then give them the good news with the grievous punishment.

[36.47] And when it is said to them to spend with what Allah has given the sustenance to you, those ( i.e., Ahbar / the scholars and Rohban / the terrorists) who reject say to those who believe" what! shall we feed to the one whom, if Allah willed, He would have fed. You are in nothing excrpt clear straying."

[3.181] Without doubt Allah has heard the saying of those ( i.e., Ahbar / the scholars and Rohban / the terrorists) who say" surely Allah is poor and we are rich." Soon We will write down what they have said, and their killing (i.e., personality) of the prophets without right. And We will say,"Taste the punishment of burning".

[5.64] And the yahood/Jews (i.e., Ahbar/ the scholar and Rohban/ the terrorist) say," The hand of Allah is cuffed / tied up". Their hands are cuffed/ tied up and they are cursed with what they have said but both His hands are outspread He spends how He wills. And what is revealed to you from your Loard definitely increases the majorty amongst them in tyranny (i.e., unjustly harsh, cruel) and rejection. And We have put enmity and hatred among them towards the day of resurrection. Whenever they (yahood/ jews) ignite the fire for war Allah extinguishes it and they make an effort in the earth to cause corruption. And Allah does not love those who are mufsedeen / corrupt.

[4.161] And they took Ar-Riba / The Increase (i.e., 1/5 th of ghanim/ profit) and without doubt they were prohibited about it. And
they ate the wealth of people (i.e., the categories) with falsehood and We have prepared for the rejecters among them a painful punishment.

[2.278] O'you who believe take guard of Allah and leave off,

what remains from Ar-Riba / The Increase (i.e., 1/5 th of ghanim/ profit) if you are believers.

[2.279] But if you do not, (leave off, what remains from Ar-ribah/ The increase i.e., 1/5 th of ghanim/ profit) then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger and if you turn back, then the heads of your wealth are for you. You do not oppress, and you will not be oppressed.

[63.7] They are those who say," you do not spend (i.e., 1/5 th of ghanim/ profit) over those (believers) who are near the Messenger of Allah until they break up". And for Allah are the treasures of the skies and the earth but the munafiqeen / hypocrites do not understand.

[9:107] And these (hypocrites) who have taken that mosque as an ambush (i.e., hidden place for sudden arrack) for those (yahood / jews) who have been waging war against Allah and his Messenger from brfore, to harm and to reject ( i.e., Islam/ Peace) and to make devisions betweem the believers and definitely they swear that our intention is nothing except goodness. And Allah testifies that surely they are definite liars.

[9.108] You never ever stand in it, definitely that mosque ( Masjid-e-Haram/ Sacred mosque) whose basis from fiest day is on guard, it is more right that you stand in it. In it are men who love to purify themselves. And Allah loves those who purify themselves.

[10.88] And Moosa / Moses said! "Oh! Our Lord! You have given Firoun / Pharoh and his chiefs the adornment and wealth in this world Oh our Lord! So that they mislead about Your way. Oh Our Lord! Obliterate them on their wealth and make them rigid on their hearts, so they will not believe until they see the grievous punishment."

[5.33] Surely the reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and they move around in the earth to cause corruption, is that they will be killed, or they will be crucified, or their hands and their feet will be cut off from opposite sides or they will be exiled from the land. For them that is disgrace in this world and in the last is a great punishment.

[5.34] Except those who repent before you gain power over them, then you should know that surely Allah is all forgiving, all merciful.

No disaster, unless it has been preordained and recorded in the
book of records, can ever befall the earth nor your own selves.
Behold, all this is easy enough for Allah. Know this so that you
may not despair for the good fortune you lost, nor exult unduly
because of the blessings bestowed upon you. Allah does not love
the arrogant and the boastful.

-Qur'an, Al-Hadid, 57:22-23
