but can it be transformed to sumthing with long shirt n in 2 colors, 1 color to be red…

Yeah I am sure you can transform it to the way your sis wants it. Do you know where this outfit is from?
Long kameez with a slit down the middle is real in..
And red can go with many colours ie: champagne, purple, blue or green and many more

I think a splash of red with this colour could mesh well, maybe two tones in these that blend nicely! Have to agree with Soon to be..gorgeous outfit!!

Well I have no idea where the dress is from. Actually I was thinking this net lehnga is flowy so how would long shirt look on it...what if top is blue,teal or champane color n bottom red net (shouldn't it hv work start from where long shirt ends?) and lining of lehnga seems to me like velvet...

I think top should be beige...and the bottom deed red....
