hyderi is also a nice market...go to aashiyana ( clifton) for clothes and for shoes tariq road is full of nice shoe shops also zamzama has an exclusive variety of shoes and purses....

You can try with Gold Mark / Golden Tower at Defence Phase I. Not too expensive, reasonable and different material.
