Need serious help!!

Hey everyone, I reallllllyyyyy need to gain some weight (at least 10 lbs) by November. I am severely underweight!!! So pleaseee tell me ANY tips!!! I would be VERY grateful for your help!! I heard that if you drink warm milk with honey every night before going to sleep you’ll gain some weight but I’m not sure how effective that is?? Also I don’t eat a lot as it is, so is there any way to increase my appetite?? Please people, I need your help!!

Carnation Instant breakfast! Its a packet that you add to a glass of milk, come in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Its 330 calories per glass.

Theres a concentrated "medical food" enhancer called Benecalorie, I used to get it online at walgreens. It comes in small 1.5 ounce containers, its a thick white liquid that you can add to oatmeal, mashed potatoes, ice cream...each container adds 300 healthy calories.

Theres an appetite enhancement medication called Periactin (cyproheptadine), it worked nicely for my son when he was severely underweight. Its actually an allergy medication but has a side effect of boosting appetite greatly.

eating dates helps alot in weight gain and it helps in a healthy way. just don't jump to junk food for the sake of weight gain. eat healthy foods like dates , bananas , mangoes .....have loads of milk.

few years back when i used to go to a local gym i knew a girl who got her self enrolled for yoga classes just to help herself in gaining weight. you can look for that too if you find some good yoga exercises which helps you in gaining of weight.

Thank you soni27, Mamaof3, and diamond321 for your help!!! I really really appreciate it! I started drinking the carnation instant breakfast today! I'll drink 2 glasses of those everyday, hopefully that'll help...and I want to gain healthy weight, so I'm avoiding all those junk food..lol some of my friends suggested to just sit and eat junk food along with regular meals and no exercise. But I'm thinking that I should exercise as well?? What do you guys think??

Add an apple / orange and a banana after each meal that is after breakfast eat one of these fruits and do the same after lunch and dinner. This will add on 300 calories daily, you will gain 1 lb after a week. If you drink a banana smoothie in skim milk (occasionaly whole milk) each day you should gain that pound in a week.
