I need two recipe first want to make today at iftari.
I need recipe of basen. basic recipe. i want to fry the white bread slice after applying the basen. so need the recipe of batter mean basen.
vegetable like brinjal or potato or spanich can also be fried so how to fry plzzzzzzzz elaborate.
Second recipe i need of rice. in advertise or knorr chicken cube chanya ki daal kay sath rice hai. white rice but with carrot and peas. i made rice but with brown rice so need this recipe.
basen = chickpea floor ... you don't have a recipe for it ..get it from any local superstore.
for making the pakora's batter to dip your bengan or potatoes in
you'd need
salt
zeera (toasted and ground just a little amount)
anaardana
red chilli powder
a few drops of vinegar
chaat masala
finely chopped coriander
add a little water and all the above ingredients according to your taste till the batter is of the right consistency
dip the potato cubes, spinach leaves or bengan into the batter and fry in a pre heated frying pan with oil
INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white rice -- cooked
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup peas
1 tablespoon parsley
PREPARATION:In a saucepan, heat broth to boiling. Stir in rice, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and onions; return to boiling. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes more or till rice is tender. Stir in peas and parsley; heat through.
