take small size karelay and slice them moderately thin. you can pit them or not depending on preference.
deep fry till golden. remove from oil and let sit on blotting paper.
take two medium onions sliced thinly and two medium tomatoes chopped and preferred quantity of green chili chopped.
fry onions till transparent in least quantity of oil (i.e. a tablespoon or two of oil)
add tomatoes and green chili, 1/4 tsp of ground zeera and 1/2 tsp of whole saunf
fry all ingredients until oil separates.
add previously fried karelay and mix well.
fry for another 5 minutes and you're done!
