I need recipe for Mutton Tikka/barra, as made in Namak Mandi where pieces of mutton grilled with having only salt and nothing else. I am told they are dipped only in water of salt and than grilled

Well it supposed to be speciality from city of Peshawar, NWFP. It supposed to be really good. I was talking with some one, the say mutton quality plays very important role, i am not sure they have desi mutton like you have desi chicken, desi chicken is supposed to be very great.

eeeeeeeeeewwwwww the meat in namak mandi does not at all taste great...........well i didn't like it....
but my hubby spends thosand s of rupees eating there.
Its is just boiled meat isn't it possibly slightly stir fried
