For 1 Kg beef piece:
Ginger/garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Soy Suace 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder t tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Salt as you like
Marinate the stuff for an hour
and then put in thick bottom pan
and cook on low flames till meat is tender
add little water if required during cooking.
