Can someone give me a good recipe for dum ka keema or galawat keh kabab. I’m pretty amateur at cooking, so if someone can share a detailed recipe for 1/2 kg keema

1/2 kg keema
2 onions (fried untill light brown)
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
3-4 cloves of garlic (pounded)
1 inch piece of ginger (pounded)
1 cup yoghurt
2 tablespoons raw papaya
salt to taste
Method:
Mix the fried onions, salt, yoghurt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, raw papaya paste, gin/garlic. And let the mixture sit for 2-3 hours. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee and let it cook on very slow flame till it's done. When the mixture is dry, fry till done. (give dhungaar)
Dhungaar:
1 piece of coal
small piece of foil
2-3 drops of ghee
Heat the piece of coal untill it's hot, place the piece of foil in the keema and place the coal on it. Drop 2-3 drops of ghee onto the coal and cover the lid.

Interesting, I never heard of this dum ka keema with coal! What kind of change in taste does it give the keema
