I doubt any one in right state of mind would be interested to join your so called IT COMPANY. Why dont you place job ad on your IT co website instead for looking around for Recruitment consultants in Pak. I doubt you know sht about IT or anything. Useless waste of space

I think you are a bit too harsh on him, myself involve in one of the well known (in the industry) IT distribution company in Pakistan, although we never used a recruiters but given difficulty in finding right people I think it is not a bad idea to use a recruitment consultant specially for entry level.

Few of our people went on to establish themselves in leading position in IT industery in Pakistan and beyond. Sadly we do not see anyone of that caliber anymore.

We can take experienced people directly from industry, but the biggest problem is hiring fresh graduates with right attitude. Recruitment agents has many tools to screen.
