Well you need some Top Govt minister, Top govt Servant and you will land your dream job in Pakistan otherwise it will be rough ride for you

excuse my ignorance , but what do you mean with your comment 'asking this for hiring people' - exactly why are you asking for this info.
i know of a few recruitment firms, and they are definitely not hrm portals for internal recruitment within firms such as the services offered by rozee

I doubt any one in right state of mind would be interested to join your so called IT COMPANY. Why dont you place job ad on your IT co website instead for looking around for Recruitment consultants in Pak.

I think you are a bit too harsh on him, myself involve in one of the well known (in the industry) IT distribution company in Pakistan, although we never used a recruiters but given difficulty in finding right people I think it is not a bad idea to use a recruitment consultant specially for entry level.

Few of our people went on to establish themselves in leading position in IT industery in Pakistan and beyond. Sadly we do not see anyone of that caliber anymore.

We can take experienced people directly from industry, but the biggest problem is hiring fresh graduates with right attitude. Recruitment agents has many tools to screen.

A HR company and a recruitment firm are two entirely different things.
In pak, the industry is so young and weak that recruitment comapnies are still refered to as HR firsm , generally becuase it is seen as a function within HR. HR itself in Pak companies is usually reponsible for not only recruiting but also managing the staff welfare etc.
the reason you cant find many recruitment firms is that there actually isnt many at all.
even the web portals such as rozee, offer HR services , and also a recruiting functionality within an overall HR service.
try contacting alliance FOUR - they are a recruitment firm who have been very successful in working trhough out the world set up originally in the UK and based on the UK definitio of a recruitment firm and i lknow they do a lot of work in pakistan and india for various clients
