Muzna, chiffon is used for the dress for the most part but there are velvet patches (applique) where the heavy embellishments are. Its true if done on chiffon only it won’t look as classy.

yes…but the weight of the velvet appliqués and the heavy gem stone embellishment is going to pull on the chiffon and make it drape a little strange no?
