PD , this is a easy recipie, a diffrent type of pakorah
Besan drumstick
boiled chicken legs 6-8 pieces
besan, 1½ cup
methi, (dried) 2 tbsp/ and or chopped sabz dhaniyah
whole zeera, 1-2 tsp
salt,
chilli powder, after taste
gharam masalah , 1tsp
oil to deep fry
mix besan with water and all the spices, heat oil in a karai , coat the chicken legs and deep fry in oil. easy and tasty. Remeber besan has to be alittle bit thick oder to coat the chicken legs
