My wedding is in May and i want traditional menhdi but i cant find anyone around North UK. I have asked for quotes and one said £300!!! I mean omg thats the same as my makeup for the big day!
I don’t want to pay hundreds…like £50 would be acceptable.
Anyone know anyone descent???

Why don't you search LinkedIn? MUA have their profiles up with pics also you could contact the person direct?

The price depends on the amount of work you're getting done and reputation of the person you're going with.

£300.?!! Im from bham and my mehndi artist is going to charge £85 for my hands and feet; mehndi half way up my arms both sides and light on feet (as requested by me)

Yee £300 can you believe it!! Cant remember her name but i found her on facebook. Ye £85 is an ok price.

I've just seen your advertisement and was interested in talking about possibly doing your mehndi for you for your forthcoming wedding. I live in London, but will be happy to come to your location. I do mehndi as a freelance thing, I learnt and use my own designs, but obviously accomodate to the brides needs - thus my prices start at a very cheap rate. If you could give me a brief information, I can quote you a proper decent price. For example: will you be having both your hands and feet mehndied? Would you like a full hand design (indian style) or the strip type designs (arabic style mehndi) and whether you would like this to be just the length of your hand, mid arm, up to elbows or over the elbow? Once I have a brief idea of what you require, I will send you some designs to give you an idea of my competency and passion for mehndi.
