Umer, Salzburg is scenic in the sense that it’s surrounded by the mountains/alps and he can actually go into the mountains do hiking, nature walks, and even explore (inside) the famous salt/glass mountains there.

Exactly. The lift to the salt mountain of Hallstatt is a 2-minutes walk from the Hotel I was talking about in my message.

Btw, Salzburg is a province of Austria => Salzburg City and Hallstatt are both within that province.
