Need ideas to make Ameen function lively and fun

I don’t know if this is the right place for this topic, Mods feel free to relocate if i’m in the wrong spot.

Hey everyone

My little brother just finished the Quran masha’Allah and we are planning on having a huge Ameen party for him because my family is a bit religious and we dont celebrate birthdays we want to show my lil bro that this is such a huge accomplishment and he deserves for this to be his day and get presents and be celebrated. I was wondering what are some cute/fun ideas to make this function more special for him. Here are ideas we have already:

All the cousins will lead him to the stage where he will recite for the audience
We will have a small quranic quiz game with prizes for the audience children
All the cousins will say something special about him and share with the guests
We will pass out favors/presents to all guests
We got him a big congratulations cake

What are some other fun ideas? I dont want to hire a clown/ face painting artist because he’s a bit older thats not fun for kids his age. What are other ways to make it memorable, unique and fun? I was thinking of having him do a speech too and talk about how he feels after such a masha’Allah huge accomplishment and advice to other kids. We will have like 150 guests so it will be a huge function.

Thanks guys

Hey Mano..... (u probably should've posted in religion section)

congrads to ur bro :) masallah! That’s a really gud idea that instead of encouraging birthday parties and events like that you are teaching him that we have other ways to celebrate ……

Do you really think you have to invite all those 150 guests for your bro's Ameen and spend so much money on food and preparation of ameen....

ma idea of ameen would b a bit diff...... i would invite close family and frds (ONLY close ones) and give rest of the money to the Ameen-kid that I was planning on spending on this grand ameen, give it to the kid and tell him to either donate it or send it to some poor kid in Pakistan who can’t have a decent meal or cant afford a nice dress once in a while……
This is not only gona teach him about sadqa and sacrifice but he is gona get blessing and duas

With those small number of people I would do the same things that u said u want to do…. I am not too sure about the speech …. Depends how the kid feels talking in front of a huge gatherings…..
