Need ideas for Lighted Wall Art

so i want to take the crazy way on this , and want to create my own :rolleyes:

I want this dull wall behind the couch in my living room.. light up with some

colorful. pattern/ design.. lighed from the back ground… non- traditional.. ikea inspired kind of wall art…

i was googling for inspiration… i am thinking of getting some semi opague material like frosted glass… fabric.. or maybe not plexi.. cose of the heat from the light… something that will just shine the light with the color of its own..

cool but , How could this be created???

This costs spme 1500 bucks .. silk screening and all but how easy is this to create with some nice fabric.. ??

oh oh they did that light stuff in one of those home decorating shows. :smack: i can’t remember how they did it though :bummer:

as for that silk screen you’ll need a good pair of scissors and patience. get a nice silk-like cloth for the brown pattern and go snippity snip. and then you can either glue or sew it down to the base fabric.
