how can get flat tummy without losing weight actually my cousin is facing this problem and she is underweight ![]()

Sit ups, crunches, back crunches. If she does 20-30 everyday her tummy should go in, in 2 weeks and tell her not to eat 2 hours before going to bed. Iโm pretty sure she wonโt loose more then a pound or 2 with this.
