need help

Dear GS Admin!
I need help, please.
I’ve tried posting it in help forum, in fact I did. But can’t see it there. I sent a pm to Mr Azkar, a few weeks ago, but got no response so far. Kindly move this thread to where anyone can resolve the issue at hand. Thanx!
The problem is, I can’t access GS on my laptop. It was working fine until a month or so ago but now it doesn’t let me sign in or even browse any threads as a guest. Everytime I try, I get a death white page saying error 400 or something like that. I’m sooo tired of it!
I can only access GS from my phone n I’m not sure for how long I can go like this. :confused:
Please, please help me!

If you don't have a Gupshup issued laptop then I'm afraid madam we do not support personal equipment. Try clearning your Internet Explorer's Cache and restart your machine, update to the latest security updates cross your fingers and sign in again. :) Have a good day :D

Hey Afia,

there have been others who have experienced this problem and it's really quite easy to fix.

Usually all it takes is clearing your history and restarting your browser. Try that and let us know.
