I think you are asking how the self esteem of each invidual in an organization affects each individual, the group he is part of, and the entire organization.

High self esteem allows you to have the confidence to treat others fairly. And to not react adversely if someone else treats you unfairly. That takes care of individual part.

A team or group with high self esteem members is like a well oiled machine. Two plus two equals five in that group. Good cooperation. Mutual positive reinforcement. No destructive competition. Fair play rules. Folks not concerned about getting credit. Because they know they will get it. Takes care of group part.

An organization with high self esteem individuals is vibrant. It takes care of its employees. It cares about its employees, its customers, and the environment. It does not grow profits by codt cutting. But through innovation. The CEO wont be treated like a king. But he truly is part of those in the frontlines. The buck stops with him. And the high self esteem allows for constructive criticism to allow the company to learn from mistakes and grow. Less politics. More productivity.
