When I updated my iphone 4s to ios 6.1 I’m getting this msg “could not activate cellular data network”. Does anyone know how to fix this? Its an unlocked phone on t-mobile network.

Well, its not unlocked anymore, sorry to say.
Was it JB'd or factory unlocked? If latter u should be able to call Apple.

^^^ No its factory unlocked phone. Seems like lot of people are having same issue once they updated to ios 6.01.

Best to call Apple or go to an Apple Store in that case. You may also wanna check with your carrier. It might need some juggling things around from their end. It did happen with me once on my 4S; I called T Mobile and they walked me through some steps, can't remember what. :/
