is the 70 year old is influential person, because in Pakistan there is different law of influential and non-influential persons... if the guy is rich then again it will take hell of job to get the case registered and if guy happens to be in the good book of president zardari or any of his chamcha then forget about it...
Anyway, legally, a FIR against the groom and the father of the girl should be enough... but i guess if you want to do it right, write to GEO and Aaj and other news channels... they'll take care of it, the more influential the person, the more they would take interest in it...
MQM can be approached as they are looking forward to expand in interior sindh and incident like this helps them alot to earn brownie points from the general public...

I have taken your advice and will write to the newpapers and news channels, and womens rights groups. The only issue that I have at the moment is trying to find contact e-mails for these organisations - they appear to have contacts on their websites for marketing only. Therefore, if anyone has any contact details that I oculd use, please forwards them to me by PM.

You see I did consider contacting the British MP's, but are they really going to be interested in a Pakistani national. Both the young girl and the man are Pakistani's - but it still disgusts me.
