someone hike my email adress and changed password and made some false email regarding me, know i knew it i just want to know ifthis possible 4 me to check who hike where is my email adress using any other country or in this country as i am here in canada and someone from pak told me about my email adress ,there must be someone in pakistan, any way i can find the person,or location where my account is using

There are ways to check but I recommend that you move on, forget about it and create yourself a new email account.
I am pretty sure that the new one will also be hacked but what are the other options?

The only way out for you is to go to forgot password form on that email service and follow the instruction to retrieve your account back.
What are your plans against the person if you find out who has hacked your email account , it is not going to help you in any way.

btw its pretty easy to send email using any email address … U don’t even have to hack the account for that … yup … its a glitch in SMTP protocol 
although Most of the smart mail servers put these mails in junk now.

Contact to the customer services of Yahoo, hotmail or whatever account you have?
