need help

Ok here’s the prob
my khala’s marriage is within 10 days from now & my waist(tummy) is 27 inches instead of 26 inches :blush: & i’ve tried many things to reduce it to 26 inches but no use.. …since the last 20 days i’ve stopped eating junk food like pizza’s , bugers , pastries , pepsi etc…instead i eat fruits & drink milk:eek: & all the healthy stuff which is not very pleasant :frowning: …i walk on the treadmill for half an hour daily…& someone told me to do 500 sit-ups :rolleyes: but after 50 sit-ups i am not able to stand on my feet properly for abt 30 secs:blush: how am i supposed to do 500:confused: …i even tried those belts which r supposed to make u look slim but all i got was a terrible backache …& my weight reduced by 2 kgs which wasn’t what i wanted 'cause my weight was ideal according to my height…& when i measured my waist(tummy) today it didn’t budge even half an inch …so i got mad:mad: & ate all sorts of stuff like chocolates & pastries etc & now i regret it:( …sooo if anyone can just tell me a way to reduce an inch within 10 days …pls do sooooooooo…

Well, is it your marriage or Khala's. Anyway, the best thing you can do is take lemon tea early in the morning... and if you do all your household activities by yourself..I dont thik you need anything to do.

Lemon tea.. or herbal Tea or chinese tea..

I'd probably do it the really unhealthy way. I'd eat only raw vegetables, then I'd just run alot and dehydrate myself. If you lose water weight with a dieuretic that would probably cause you to shrink in a bit. But it's not healthy.

So the moral of the story is...don't worry about it. Just be healthy and happy instead of giving yourself a heart attack.
