It seems like whatever i eat goes to my thighs. I just wanted to know what should i eat or what kind of exercise should i do to reduce them. thanks in advance

interval training on a treadmill (running) melts away the fat.
squats are great for toning your legs and thighs

raima- u have to check what foods u r eating ...give up on all processed/canned/ prepared foods and add as much raw or wholesome foods to your diet as possible. give up junks food like soda and chips and eat more veggies and water.
exercise and diet go hand in hand.
and try varying your routine so your body doesnt get "bored" of the same old thing. I think dancing is a great exercise which is fun as well as a great workout. its hard to know how many calories u lost during dancing though so u need to be careful. also try to find a machine which has weights in it so you can build muscle in your legs that in turn kills the fat. dont be afraid of weights the key is to do light weights and more reps for women.

Running/walking(deliberately placing pressure on ur upper leg muscles) does the job.
walking is my fav…it’ll tone ur body into amazing shape.

I am vegetarian, so don’t have problem with fruit or vegies.
I guess i have to walk more because getting bored with treadmill and don’t know how to dance.

I won't recomment to be veg. Its not easy and in desi families like mine its not normal.
I had bad experience in childhood with meat and can't eat it anymore.

Oh how could I forget the best exercise of all for hips. It takes care of your behind and also of your thighs. And abdomen I think as well.
Climbing stairs. And I mean like speed-climbing or running up and down them. I tend not to do it, cuz I have a fear of stairs.
But if you can find one of those step-machines at a gym, that should do the trick.
And yeah, its not gonna help if you keep gharfing down tacos and burgers.

Cardio, cardio and some more cardio. It really doesn't matter what type of cardio you do, as long as your heart beat speeds up and you build up a good sweat. Do it for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week.
Also, lunges/squats/side leg kicks are great for toning and firming up your legs and butt area.
