ok guys…i’d really appreciate it if u help me with this..

i need to know any workplace problem.. i havent worked many places as part time except for in gas station and as security guard.. i havent experienced any problem there watsoever..

My task is to select a workplace problem that I have experienced—and to develop some solutions that focus on better communication: Such solutions might be improved staff training, a regular employee newsletter, a seminar on problem-solving skills, or some other communication-based effort

You giving me a suggestion about workplace problem can help me pass this class.. just tell me any problem and ill do the rest of it myself. Please and thank you.

^ how about communication between field sales/service force and stocks/services depatments.

1, If want an A develop solution around a problem where a supervisor in your dept. is harassing a direct report which can result in sexual harassment case.

2 People are using company resources like email, printers , copiers , fax for personal use more than company specified limits.

how about, two collegues not able to get along with each other. They're both assigned a project and they have to work on it as a team ... they both are of same professional status, but one is too bossy and the other is being taken advantage of and ofcourse he's all upset about it and wants to quit.

another eg: Ppl accessing inappropriate websites at work.

the assignment actually require me to pick any workplace problem situation and then give methods of solving it... not sure how i'd write methods of solving sexual harassment at work..

State how the problem was escalated to the executive level and brought to the attention of HR depts.

To solve the issue, the company implemented sexual harassment training and sensitivity training as mandatory meetings at least once or twice a year while employed with the company along with a review and signature of the sexual harassment policy on file for every employee.

During the harassment training, employees are helped to identify what is classified as harassment and what is not. Sensitivity to other people and their differences is also stressed. Another thing discussed is how to go about addressing an issue that has come up. Who can you go to and who not? Usually, the HR dept is the first step and they can work with you on what the proper solution would be.
