Ok so most of you like option 2 .. yeah it looks much easier actually ..

Khatti, **Cream Salad is a mix of Apple, Pineapple , white channa’s , peas, boiled potatoes , carrots all chopped fine and then tossed with some mayo , salad cream and salt and pepper .. its a very simple salad .. I even add in boiled and shredded chicken sometimes ..
