Stay with the E2. I've been a Palm fan for quite a few years (since the days of the original Palm Pilot) and they do their tasks well. The apps are so much leaner than the Pocket PC ones. I recently turned towards Pocket PC when I found the iPaq smart phone and bought it (iPaq 6315). I was greatly disappointed with the performance but there wasn't anything out there which matched its features so I kept it (the Treo 650 wasn't out yet, and even that didn't have some items that i was looking for).
There are tons of apps out there for the palm to get u thru everything u could come across. Let me know if u need help with it and I'd be ready to help.
