Gizzy bhai,
Is there any free software out there that one can use to do the following:
crop images to a desirable numbers of pixels (resolution)
crop images to desriable dimentions lenth x width
set it to a different color depth (24-bit color)
Are there any free image editing softwares out there that allow you to do those?

PA dont tell me you pay for the software.....:)
Re: Need help!! urgent!!
bhaijaan i never.. i love freeware and it does the job pretty damn well.. try paint.net software or for a more feature rich one.. Irfanview.. all free and all very versatile.
If your needs aren't really very specific, for every bloated costly software there's a freeware alternative that's just about as good and improving rapidly..

Re: Need help!! urgent!!
There is also a freeware replacement to Photoshop. Its called GIMP. Does the job equally well if not better.
http://www.gimp.org
Just thought iβll throw that in as well in light of the above disscussion.
Re: Need help!! urgent!!
GIMP is also available as GIMPshop, a version targeted at Photoshop users who are used to the menu locations etc of Photoshop and don't want to relearn..
