Re: Need Help to reduce weight :(

You can have a look at workout videos on youtube, start with Gillian Michaels 30 day shred. And also watch your diet, increase your protein intake and minimise your carbs.

Re: Need Help to reduce weight :(

You can try Zumba dance I read some positive feedbacks from mommies who are doing some Zumba. It is better if you can join a Zumba class it is very fun to do and you can lose weight easily. Have a healthy and active lifestyle by eating healthy meals. Drink plenty of water every day and try to drink green tea every day it can also help you to lose weight.

Re: Need Help to reduce weight :(

Hi,
I feel you... I had 2 sections in a year. I have never struggled with my weight and lost all of it after my first child within 3 months however after second pregnancy i have been unable to do so. Having 2 kids very close together and being an emotional eater isnt a good combination. I am starting 30 day shred today and will be using my fitness pal to write down everything I eat. You can join me and we can motivate eachother maybe? My plan is to have a low calorie low fat and reduced carb diet. I am giving myself 6 months to lose 28 lbs. Im only 5 feet 1 so trust me it shows.
If you eat healthy and less (very small portions) drink 2.5 litre cold water a day and space it out before your meals plus have one meal thats only fruits or veg to reduce fat and complex carbs from daily intake plus 30 min Hiit activity for 2 months you will see results. It can be done just need to be determined:)

Re: Need Help to reduce weight :(

Start with walking regularly. I wouldn't recommend HIIT or 30 DS if you have never exercised before. Once you get in the habit of moving then add the 30 DS. YouTube videos by fitness blender are really good. They also have beginner videos.
for food watch what you eat and very importantly portion control :) best of luck
