need help setting up the menu

I have some guests coming over. they are coming to my house for the second time. nehari,chicken,bhuna gosht, karahi ,palak has already been cooked.

I was thinking of doing heavy iftaar and light khana.
chana chaat.
fruit chaat
rolls
pokoras

For dinner i can’t understand
i was thinking yakhini pulao,chapal kebab and what can i make as gravy.
OR biryani with dahi raita and do i need to add a salan type thing

ok i would say vegetable pulao, steamed or baked chicken and raita.

I'd just do biryani (you don't need salan), raita and veg, maybe add a grilled dish.

Biryani , ALoo Gost as gravi , Grilled Fish Fillets and obviously dahi raita , salad etc

Snik, why not choose one of the following options:

1- Lamb Biryani , Raita , Roasted Chicken legs

Or

2- Chicken Biryani , Raita , lamb kababs

I think that will be good ... but just in case you wish to add gravy salan , then dont do the kebabs , instead do the gravy koftay .. they are easy to make and will seem like a full additional dish ...
