Hi guys, How do you rate Washington .D.C and which place would you recommend if I plan to move there ?

Currently I’m in California & I’m planning to move to Washington D.C…

I'll be finishing my University soon and I was wondering if East coast holds better future for me.............................:)

What was your major? I know you've asked help in relocation but im just curious to know what made you think relocation washington can help.

If you havent got a job and looking for one, I think there are good opportunities in california. And if you are really interested in moving to east coast, its better to move to a bigger city. Washington itself doesnt have that potential.

It dosen't have to be Washington...................If I say East Coast......................Which City & State would you recommend..........................Where there is a variety of Life & has full potential of opportunities.....................A city where I can be good for my life. :)

part of it has to be a consideration of what field you are in, different regions have better opportunities for different fields.

if you are starting out, staying local may help because your university network can be truly helpful, unless your uni is a major player known nationally, even then local strength is a major gain.

that being said, NYC, DC area are good bets.
