I really want to buy an outfit i’ve seen on Karma Red Website (a Sharara) but I live in the UK and when I called their Lahore branch to ask about ordering, shipping etc they weren’t very helpful! (I asked for the pricing on a couple of outfits and was told that someone will respond to my enquiry by email…2 weeks have gone by and nothing).
Firstly, I was wondering if anyone has ordered from Karma (and you live in the UK) and if so, how can I go about it?
Secondly, would anyone be willing to buy me the outfit (if I can’t order it from the UK) and I will reimburse on receipt (I will place the order and just need someone to pay and collect it!)…I know it’s alot to ask!
Thirdly, does anyone know any good designers (I’m not talking about Boutiques etc.) just people who take specific orders and get the clothes made for you in Pakistan at reasonable prices? If so, would you be willing to share their contact details!

the wedding was in Islamabad and she had to COME to Lahore to get it made, 3 months in advance.
as for ordering it from the UK, the best way to do that is if you have facebook, look up the group called Karma, on it, they have several people who take care of the orders, I had messaged Maheen Ali (creator of Karma) about how Karma is becoming notorious for not replying back to customer inquiries and she had given me this email to contact, so they will def. reply thru the group

it is right?!?^^ I know what you mean, lol now I'm really thinking of getting mine made from Karma as well (I'm not getting married yet, but just kinda thinking about the clothes already, lol) because Karma stuff is minimal , like its not super heavy, but it looks simple, yet at the same time super traditional & beautiful

Thanks so much for the info! I've been given the responsibility for designing, buying etc my sister's wedding outfit so that's why I was asking! Karma are not the best with their customer service ... I had to wait 10 minutes when I called from the UK before someone came on the line and simply said someone will respond to your enqury via email and that was 3 weeks ago!
You're right...Karma's stuff is classic but modern and simplistic at the same time!

here's what I sent her: Can you guys at karma PLEASE start responding to the mail inquiries you get? You guys are now notoriously known as the people who never get back to any messages...
my cousins both sent various emails to ur website in regards to certain outfits for their wedding and you never got back
so pleeeeease do something about it, ur clothes are stunning regardless =)
