I want to know what do u call puff pastry sheets in pakistan …ex the once that are used to make spring rolls and paties and where can I find it in Karachi . Thx u

Samosa patti. Sometimes even samosa makers on the streets do also have.

puff pastry sheets are only called puff pastry sheets in Pakistan. but these are not used for making spring rolls, patties,samosas. to make these items you need to ask for “Manda”. and its available at bakeries and some somaso/rolls shops as well.
