I would like to add cream. Not just gold and ferozi. Add cream accents to the hall. You have the stage? Hall, depends, are you in pakland or abroad? What is available to you

YES. Don't overload it with one colour as it looks boring, and too much gold looks glitzy. Cream looks very suitable with ferozi and gold.
Also, one of my friends had a cream/gold/ferozi setting for her hall on her valima, I will see if I can find a picture and post it later (when I go home, I'm at work atm!)
Kindly click on the pictures which don’t show, the links will take you to the actual picture. Now these pictures give an idea of how you can use cream/offwhite. Ferozi flowers can be easily found but other than the flowers, I wouldn’t recommend using curtains or anything else in ferozi.
Chair ties should be in dusky gold/chair cloth in cream. Table runners can be ferozi.
In above , the third picture, which you need to click on to see, features some nice wall designs behind the stage. you can use those around the hall as decoration. ie put up that fencing and flowers, have clear dangling crystals, white painted branches with possible blue/ferozi fake little buds attached to ends!
Finally, I think this is the best table setting. What I would do if I was you is fill the vases with water having blue/ferozi coloring added to it. And also I would add gold sashes to chairs, and a small ferozi round table mat under the vase. Enough of ferozi. Some ferozi flowers in arrangement. Bus.
Ok first stage is a very bad idea. Dont ever go for twinkling lights in backdrop of the bride, they offset the pictures badly.
And BLUE twinkling lights? Very very cheap effect. NO.
I’ll post some stages for you.
Be simple. You cannot go wrong that way.
Things to keep in mind, have the flowers framing the stage be at a height from the seat. A good height. Consider that people might stand behind you to get pictures taken onstage and that those flowers should be like at least half a foot higher than the tallest person there.
Secondly, keep it simple designed. So that they can recreate it. Topi rakh itself has high roof, gives it a regal effect. Don’t try to fill it with decor. The pictures posted wont give an idea of the colors you are using, but rather the structure and ideas for stage design. Naturally for colors of flowers you are to go with cream/white gladiolas along with some ferozi ones. Bus. Also white lilies here and there. Please stay away from roses.
I’d suggest adding another contrast colour to your wedding theme. Your outfit is turquoise and gold and cream is an anchor colour. You need one more colour to set the bridal outfit apart from the decor. All of the colours need to be used in moderation - don’t overdo the turquoise or the contrast colour, meaning use it for place cards or table runners (not table cloths). Use it in the flowers and lights as well, but combined with the cream and gold.
One of the best examples of subtle would be a patterned table runner - it’s turquoise, but not solid turquoise:
