I have alhamdulillah a son who is 2.3 years old MashaAllah, and we have been planning our second baby since 3 months now but everytime i do the strip test its negative and i end up becoming upset my best friend also has a son who is going to be 6 years now MashaAllah and she has the same problem for about 4 years she’s trying to conceive but no goodnews.
I have a retroverted uterus and last time when we were trying for baby it took us 7 months. I took clomid 5mg too once before getting pregnant. Should i take clomid once again? or what should i do? me and my husband don’t have any medical issues Alhamdulillah. Please give me some useful tips if anyone has “retroverted uterus”?
ahhhhh… a trip to ghe dr would be agreat idea no? how can random strangers on a discussion portal tell you what medicines to take and how can you as a mature …hopefully educated adult… follow any such advice???
there r no gynaes here. trust me. it would be diff if you were already on drs advice and meds and were just asking what others were doing in this situation…
also… first time around it took u 7 months plus medical help… so shouldnt you ask your dr for help again… its only been 3 months since you have been trying… without medicine.
if i were you…i would just use the methkd that worked fhe first time. dr + meds.
Ok thanks. I was just asking if anyone here with a retroverted uterus did something or what drs asked them to do/tips etc. But its okay. I will not ask anything now.
I have a retroverted uterus and never had trouble alhumdullilah. It doesn’t impact fertility. The only old wives myth I have tried is raising the legs thing…
Sabi… My reply was not a deterrent. Sorry if you felt that way. You asked if you can take medicine to conceive, amongst other things… That’s the only part I’m saying you shoukdnt ask unqualified strangers about.
If one thing worked.for you to.conceive your.first baby… Why not.go down that route again???
Sabi a retroverted uterus and the need to be on clomid are two different things. The former does not impact your fertility at all. If you needed to take clomid the first time then it means you need that to ovulate once again, which in turn will increase your chances of getting pregnant.
Try going back to the same dr you went to the first time.
