Judges don’t take kindly to people who do not show up in court themselves. If he wants to appoint someone, it would be better for him to appoint a paralegal to represent him properly. Someone else can attend court on his behalf and give incorrect testimony. He would still have to go through the litigation process (which costs money) regardless.

i don’t think Judges are allowed to have biases. anyhow, the court charges can be claimed back from the defendant…Judgments always include court costs PLUS, if malice is established on the part of the defendant, the Judge might award a punitive damage.
