SO here are pics/descriptions of my decor. I am thinking about maybe doing ivory linen to not make it too colorful/tacky. thoughts on this? maye ivory satin? or is damask better?
here is my decor (in detail)
we are having 200 people, my flowers will be alternating tall/low the tall ones are like the ones in this picture:
the venue is in a tented structure at the hyatt regency called the poolside pavilion it is heated/air conditioned and has 3 big chandeliers at the top. there will be 42 uplights of alterniating gold and amber to create a warm glow effect and the stage will have a wash of lights
and you can see them in the background of this pic too:

the small ones will be full in a sqaure shape kind of with candles.votives around them (dont have pics of these)
the aisle will have hanging pomanders (12 total) like this picture (except bigger and in my colors):
the stage will have a really pretty sofa/type seating for me and my SO decorated with pretty golden pillows and there will be sheer ivory draping on the stage like this picture:
but the backdrop wont be like that it will be sheer ivory
instead of those flowers on the side
the top of the stage will have pomanders (those big ball flower things) hanging down 3 in the middle (at different lengths) and then some hanging from the corners on each side
the backs of every other chair at the reception will have these flowers on them except in our color scheme (magenta,fuschia,pinks):
and the flowers will be hanging at a higher point not that low. our chairs are mohagony chivaris we aren’t doing the chair cover just the flowers
at each table the napkins will be folded with a flower on each napkin:
it will be folded in the longer style with an ivry linen and the flowers will be in my colors (the magentas, fuschias, pinks/reds)
