I made fruit chaat with cream. I took tatra pack cream and mix grinded suger in it. Beat with spoon . And add fruits.
The chaat was gud and smooth.
But when i hv made it , cream wasnt smooth look like foamy mean jaag ban gaye.
Need tips aisa q hua?

there is nothing wrong with the cream. when u r beating cream, at first the air bubbles get incorporated in the liquid, if you stop beating at this stage, the cream will return to its original state after some time. but if you keep beating, it will finally turn into the thickened whisked state and doubles in size. If you over whip a cream, it will turn granular and eventually turn into butter

i put tetra pack cream from frigde directly into the bowl of fruit,mix and then again refridgerate it

So i should stop beatng for a while when bubble there, aftr sometime start mixing again. Right?
Or mixing with spoon is best or with hand whisk?

Any mixing is fine but if you need whipped cream a bit dense then keep on beating otherwise stop and then beat after 2 or 3 minutes. Akmoti's idea is also good as we need whipped creams for cake decors or desserts usually

U put cream directly into fruits, do u nt mix icing suger in it?
