soft creams, multi-vitamins, folic acid, tylenol, ibrouphin(spell) (these everyday medicines and vitamins are of pretty low quality in Pakistan. Our relatives and my inlaws appreciate them.
Dry Fruit, comfy shoes if you have size for your parents, sweaters are always good for winters.

Are you taking the presents to your parents in Pakistan? If so I was under the impression the best dry fruit and nut varieties can be found in Pakistan?
Agree with Lusi on the sweaters-especially when it comes to colour variety. Thermals are good too.
Not all vitamins and drugs are low quality in Pakistan surely? I do agree that you would need to hunt out quality items but I’ve had Fluxicillin capsules in Pakistan and was still taking them in England and my Chemist here checked them out of curiousity and there were the same (as in producers etc) and did the job.
Is there no limits to drugs (medications) being taken into Pakistan from abroad?
